Foam corner guards are applied to protect edges. Secured in reinforced wooden crates or metal-bound pallets for safe handling. Treated with anti-corrosion solution before packing if long-distance transport is involved. 2. Roof Panels (SS/Polycarbonate/Glass): Polycarbonate or glass roof sheets are packed flat with non-abrasive foam sheets placed between layers. Enclosed in a moisture-resistant laminated film, then placed in wooden crates with internal padding. Clearly marked as FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE . 3. Side/Back Panels (SS Sheet or ACP): Individually wrapped in air bubble film and padded with cardboard sheets. Placed vertically in braced wooden boxes with shock-absorbing filler. 4. Seating Units (if included): Benches are covered with PE foam and corrugated rolls, strapped securely, and packed in separate crates. 5. Fasteners & Assembly Hardware: All nuts, bolts, clamps, and fasteners are packed in sealed polybags and labeled clearly.
